QA Design Studio was established in 2022 March. A noble motivation inspired the creation of this tiny effort to establish Jamdani from Bangladesh as a work of art to the Western market and the Pandemic in 2020 has made a big impact on everyone’s life in the world. It was the toughest time for the whole world and for many people, it was devastating because many people around the world lost their jobs. People were stressed, bored, and depressed. One of the major activities that was booming during the pandemic was online shopping. Got into shopping for Jamdani Sharee in one of the local online shops in Bangladesh. I got so inspired by the work of local craftsmen, that motivated me to start researching authentic Dhakai Jamdani.
So the journey begins. Local craftsmen of Bangladesh are very ordinary people, super talented and extremely skilled. They are dedicated to creating history every day and it has been going on for generation after generation.
